Where do I start? With the overcharging after I had already give them the phones? The fact that the phones weren't fixed according to the promised timeline (by a week vs iFix's two hours)? That the phones weren't fixed properly? Or THAT THEY THREATENED ME WITH "TORTURE" in front of another family who then had to negotiate getting my items back and walk me out to ensure my safety?? This is South Africa. Be safe. Saving a few rand (advertised, not in reality) is not worth it.
