Telkom S A Ltd Unclaimed

After 6 months no installation, and no complaint feedback. Horrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad service they do not answer their phone,trying to port from Vodacom to Telkom ten days later and I am still waiting.

I am very dissatisfied with Telkom. I purchased R1000 worth of data from Telkom and discovered I can't use it in Ceres. I have a friend who had data from the Worcester Telkom branch and she was able to purchase data from Telkom and use it. She says it was able to roam and use other server's signal's, probably MTN. I have tried to phone Telkom Worcester to find out about this and guess what! Telkom have a telephone number listed for Worcester Telkom that has a message saying 'This number does not exist' The 086 number is full of messages (probably dissatisfied customer's) and can't take any more. THIS IS THE MAIN TELEPHONE PROVIDER IN SA!!!!!! WHAT INCOMPETENCE!!!
