I've bought the dvd in your stores 2009 december but apperently did not work so i had to return it but you gave the neew one, and again in 2010 the same thing happened and you had to take it the supplier or something to fix it. that took your store four months to return the item back that lead me not to pay the monthly instalments according our agreement because i was not satisfied with the service. up untill 2011 where one of your employees came to collect the item due to non payment of the goods but now i'm so shocked to recieve a call from administrators requesting me to pay for something i no long have. so i would like you to check your records who collected your staff from me in 2011 then you can ask him to pay for it not me thank you
