Annique Hi I have paid up my account in full over 3 weeks ago and keep getting told excuses about getting my paid up letter this is getting out of hand. 0011010000247536456, Matter Number: 22450479, Creditor: The Foschini Group, Debtor: ANNIQUE MARSHALL I have spoken to so many consultants and supervisors getting told my payment was recieved but there accounts side hasnt allocated it this is crazy a payment from 3 weeks ago and know when i phone they keep dropping the call on me. I will have to see if i can take this matter further i cant keep begging i need this letter.

Another request, please send both my settlement letter for both Truworths and Foschine, because I think I am being exploited by this company. Advocate Mahlasela who dealt with both my accounts is incompetent, unprofessional and does not deserve to work this company. I requested him to provide all the call recordings between us and to date I have not received any response, I escalated the matter to Consumer Protection Act and I urgently need those recordings.
