My father went for a eye test in LambertsBay The test was done and glasses prescribed ,even though my father had cataracts. When he went back to complain about the poor vision he got with the new glasses ,he was told that he must have his cataracts removed first otherwise his vision would never improve. NOW WHY WAS HE NOT TOLD THIS THE FIRST TIME WHEN THE FIRST TEST WAS DONE? Now he has had his cataracts removed and the glasses prescribed to him before are now useless. He was now told he must get new glasses.He is a pentioner and cannot really afford to buy glasses twice in three months.
