No answer when one calls. Overall lack of assistance!! No feedback what so ever on queries. I have been waiting 2months now for them to help me!!!!!!!!

Most efficient people. ...went there for both I'D and Passport was done in 1H30min. ...went there to collect a week after. Although it was packed but they were working hard...may be more staff is needed I give them 8 out of 10.. ..much better than the 2 home Affairs I went to before. ...that's why I drove from Durban North to Scottburg. !!!!

I've been callin home affairs for 2days no answer or cuts off???

I've been callin home affairs for 2days no answer or cuts off???

applied for my passport in august 2011, fetched my passport march 2012. went to home affairs in umgeni road to apply for a new passport due to surname change, have been advised to go back to park rynie home affiars for them to capture on the system as issued, although my passport was issued to me in 2012, the officials did not capture the passport as issued therefore still pending as not issued on the system....its been over 3 years ridiculous..........

Last Thu 21st July 2016 we payed a visit to the Scottburgh to renew our passports. We received our passports today 28th July 2016. Myself and my wife would like to commend Nobert Masuku and the staff at the Scottburgh office for their EXCELLENT service. It was an absolute and pleasurable experience. Thank you once again to all involved. Most satisfied customers, Brian and Sharon.

We had to apply for our smart Ids and renew my daughter’s passport. I travelled from Queensburgh to Park Rynie which took us about 45 mins in travel time. I called in last week and spoke to a VERY helpful Estie who provided all the necessary information to finalise my application. My wife is disabled and uses a walker. She is easily stressed and this makes it difficult for her to speak and use the walker. We visited the Park Rynie office this morning (13 July 2016 @ 7.35am) and was greeted We met a lady (name unknown) who put us in touch with Nosipo (a real gem to Home affairs). She called us in at 7.45am as promised and facilitated and finalised our information and oversaw the entire process. Hlengwe Msani assisted with final processing and is such a pleasant person to deal with. We were encouraged by the service received. Well done and 11 out of 10 to the team. Remain humble, caring, sincere, and you will receive your reward. Keep it UP!

We came down the first time and had excellent service with my eldery dad,however we again went down last Saturday were told off line.We,ve since driven down twice yet again to be turned away and we are desperate my grandson needs his ID to regisater for Matric becoming shocking now!!!

I live all the way in Hillcrest and have attempted to come collect my ID and their systems were offline, today I am trying to reach them to see if they are online and no one answers the phone. There needs to be a page where you can see if their systems are online.

3rd time..... and again off line.... how the hell can a government operated office be OFF LINE that many time. need a do ot yourself on the internet. As least you will get your documents before you die. No wonder nothing gets done. Most unfrendly personell at front desks...

The personal at this office do absolutely nothing to assist! Lunch is from 13:00 to 14:30 with no one to take over or relieve the person going on his extended lunch. The aged are left to wait in long queue's and no assistance is offered!! What happened to Batho Pele at this institution?? The manager at this office should hang his head in shame, that is if he is even at work!

Not happy with service first call no answer for longer than 5 minutes then disconnected. Then second call more than 5 minutes later someone answered that was eating. And they could not assist me.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Mrs Depsy for the help she gave me yesterday 16/4/2015 AWESOME STUFF. All I can say is that my faith in Home affairs departments have been restored somewhat. If it was not for her, my son would have lot out on a very important cricket contract overseas. Please could you make sure she knows how grateful I am and how I cried when she came back with all the good news. May she be very blessed. So good to know there are some seriously committed people out there. I hope that one day that someone will do for her what she did for me today.
