Vodacom Repairs Unclaimed

phone went in for repairs on12/01/18 spent 1 week in repairs phone returned 19/01 no difference unable to receive calls surely if you cant fix it you need to replace the phone

I visited the branch with a problem with my less than a month old phone; the process was explained to me and i was content with it. I have been receiving regular sms updates on the progress of the phone, however today @ 13:40 i received an sms stating my phone is ready for collection and that i can contact the store @ 031 566 2902 - i have been trying to call this number since then with no 1 picking up. The reason for my call is to try and arrange that the phone be sent to the nearest vodacom to me (the lady had told me this is an option as i reside more than 200 kms from the umhlanga store). Also it is essential that i convey this message timeously as i will be attending a work workshop and need to obtain my phone before then. I am really unhappy at this as i have attempted to call this number at least 10 times
