Hempas Car Wash Unclaimed

The absolute worst value for money. I took my car there just after 8 in the morning for a full valet and I waited the entire day for the supervisor of Hempas car wash to phone and tell me to fetch the car but she never did. I went there at 5 to see what's going on and I was told that the car had been finished for a while. I then had a quick check to see if they did a decent job at least and noticed that the car had not even been washed on the outside. Inside the engine compartment the block was washed but they never even touched the sides, which were still black and greasy. They never even bothered to rotate the window winder when they polished the inside so there were still dull marks where to winder was originally left. We phoned the supervisor to inform her of this, since she was nowhere to be found, and she started going off in an uncontrollable rage at me. I then asked for the owner's number (Jan or Riaan Schoeman) and she refused to give me his number.
