Traffic Department (Smithfield) Unclaimed

I have been calling the traffic department of Smithfield at 08:36 and 08:41,but they do not answer their telephone.How must I get a service if it goes like this. Now I need to travel,25km's to their offices just inquire about the status of their system. This is poor service delivery!!!!!!!!!

On the 15/12/2016 I went to the traffic office just to renew my driverslicence,just to be informed that there is no traffic officer to assist me,although it is Thurday the only day they can assist me. I travelled once again to the traffic offices dated 22/12/2016,just to be informed that they are off line and can not assist me. They rather told me to travel 80km to another town,Bethulie as they should can assist me. I am extremely disappointed in the service and mever believed the community of Smithfield that it would be so bad to renew my driverslicence. I tried contacting inquiry for assistance in this regars but with no success. I have always believed that public service was of importance but it is clear that it does no longer exist in the government services.
