Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

Fourways Crossing Branch - Applied for contract phone. Paperwork was handed in. Now 16 months later, somebody at the branch exposed my info to a third party, who then proceeded to take out a contract on my name. Now I get debited for an account, this after they declined me, which is very suspicious, as the other service provides approved me. So becareful when leaving your original documentation, as it seems they assume you would not notice R1000.00 going off your account! Todate, no response, passed from pillar to post. Seriously no assistance in this regard. Had to put a stop payment at the bank going forward, until this matter is resolved.

Waiting for 4 weeks forstock for new contract on IIPHONE 6 no answer on tel no. Given for store

I have tried to call the Telkom store at Fourways, Cresta and Rosebank and no one answers the phone at any of the stores. Great marketing for a telephone operator.

Absolutely pathetic service, I moved from the Telkom Midrand branch hoping I could better service at Fourways Crossing but nothing has changed. A simple concept of opening a contract is taking months to happen. Firstly, very unfriendly staff, then there is always the issue of being offline, then there was no stock of the phone, finally I was promised the details would be loaded on the system as Telkom was offline at that time and I would be called to let me know the status of the account. I'm still waiting 4 days later. There is no answer when you dial through on 011 467 4002 to the fourways store. No sure why I'm wasting my time with this service provider.
