In beginning of Aug 2014 I took my car to Care Care Clinic in Rivonia for changing micro filter. I then asked them to check my car because there was a leak. They checked and the diagnoses came out as the windscreen washer bowl was leaking. They gave me an option to order from them or buy it on my own. I bought the bowl and decided to ask them to change it during my next car service which happened on the 1 Sept 2014. They serviced the car and changed the bowl. To my surprise, the car was still having the same leaking problem. 1. They gave me wrong diagnosis 2. During the service, they found out that there is nothing wrong with the bowl but they changed it anyway. 3. They charged me for labor for something that was not supposed to be done. 4. I can’t return back the new bowl as it is not on it original packaging. 5. The receptionist was very defensive and never accepted their mistakes. Poor customer services at its best.

i took my car to them for transmission oil leak and they called to say the cost for the car would be R10 000.00. this was on 12 June 2013. My car was returned a week later so full of oil that my clothes and car seats were black from grease, even the flooor of the car. It was the long weekend and i was left stranded as fluid was pouring out of the engine. Could not drive and they would not hire me a loan vehicle. The owner louis said that if it had been his car he would have hurt somebody. my car was then taken back and was told they would pay for a hire car. i got the car back four days later and the noise it makes when i start it is absolutely horrendous. i recorded it and even played to the manager when i started the car. this was a perfect condition 1985 toyota corolla glx that is now ruined and they are asking for their payment. They have not given me the parts that all of a sudden they then had to replace, or the boxes prooving that new parts were put in. .

Im really dissapointed with the service centre - we paid nearly R5000 for work done on our car (Centurion branch). They screwed up somehow the car has a terrible vibration when driving. I've been trying to get a hold of these people for over a week - the phones just keep ringing. We cant use the car - they're shop is closed but theres no message saying when they'll be open again or emergency contact number. What if something happens to us on the road??? If you charge the same amount of money for services as other well known professional centres in the area you have to render a simular service. We will not support you again.
