This is a non-profit company registered in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Companies Amendment Bill 40 of 2010 as Rainbow Private Charity Fund NPC, Reg. No. 2011/144101/08. We are a non-profit, non-government affiliated, non-political, private charity fund, established to improve the quality of life for children in need, the elderly and animals mainly by raising funds through donations from the public. All our staff and volunteers donate their time, assistance and expertise totally free of charge. None of them will ever be financially reimbursed directly or indirectly in any way.
