Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a clinical psychologist offeringr both brief (supportive) and long term psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy to adolescents aged 16 or older and adults. My work ranges from assisting people with managing everyday anxiety and stress, to those facing a sudden crisis, through to assisting those struggling with psychological difficulties of a more serious nature. In my work with clients, my aim is to explore those internal conflicts, past traumas and unhelpful life scripts which hamper them in fully understanding their personal wants and needs, attaining a sense of personal well being, and achieving satisfying relationships with self and others.
