About FACT FACT is a specialist Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring (BPO&O) company based in South Africa. Established in 2002, we have since developed over the years from strength to strength, constantly expanding our capability and service offering to meet with client and industry demand. According to the Department of Trade & Industry’s (DTI) Sector Development Strategy, eight sub-sectors are identified within the BPO&O sector.
