Never ever take any equipment to tts group in.port elizabeth. Their service.is.non.existent, they are unhelpful and they they think.their clients are idiots.

saturday the 23rd of January I was promised to receive my phone, when i got there at 12pm just before they close, my phone was in pieces as they say, next a guy called Andrew promised to get my phone ready in an hour even though they were closing and will call me to collect, he asked me to return in hour only to find them closed without giving me a call. i did explain to him that i reside out of town and im here for my phone only. i left empty handed in pe and monday 25th, i received a call at 2pm that my phone is ready for collection. sent my parents on tuesday 26th to collect it and they were told the phone is not ready yet. I am very disappointed with their service. people must not be treated like stupids, customer care goes a long way . Poorest service, lying to customers just to get them off their face. even if you dont respect clients, respect yourslf enough to recognize the person that you are. This service you will once receive it back to yourselves one day.

No one answers your telephones. Cannot get through to spares. Ordered a filter for my fridge and paid R750 3 weeks ago and hear nothing. This business is known in PE for the bad service.
