MT Quads Unclaimed

Avoid. They sold me a second hand Rustler 260 quad. Tommy said he would give me a 3 month guarantee and would change the clutch, battery and water pump to new ones. I had to call him out 5 times in 2 weeks and then the so called new water pump, antifreeze and oil all starting leaking. I had had enough and asked for a refund as is my right under the Consumer Act. They point blank refused and put up a notice saying No Refunds. They do not answer calls. Madelaine is a very rude and unpleasant person who has no sense of customer service who also stated there was no guarantee. Then I also asked them to fix my mini quad and they quoted R1,500 but said they would take some brand new school uniform I had as part payment. Well they never fixed the mini quad and gave it back in pieces. I then asked for the school uniform which Madelaine said was a gift. Why would I give a gift to a perfect stranger. After 3 visits I was given her daughter's old second hand uniform!!!
