Will never do business with this company ever again, Owner's attitude stinks to say the least. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! After waiting 4 months Printer came back with damage and a kettle lead instead of our original lead. When asked about the damage and the original lead as we could not plug the printer in to check if it was working owner said we are "petty". Was told how much effort he had done for us... Were treated very badly in front of his customers. You should feel ashamed of yourself after the patience we had. We had to keep following up as to the status of the printer and when we did, we were told that the "guy" working on the printer had disappeared and he was busy making a case against him! As a "business man" you should know how to treat customers especially after we paid 2x and waited 4 months for service and to top it all the printer came back with a damaged tray and scanner lid!!!
