I mainly do deep tissue massage suitable for any sport participants, health maintenance, stress management, chronic pain, rehabilitation and musculoskeletal tension and discomfort. It is an independent and registered health profession regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa and should not be confused with beauty therapy or physiotherapy. My treatments are claimable through Discovery, Medschemes and Medihelp medical aids.
