The worst customer service I have ever recieved in my entire life. The workers have total disrespect for clients and refuse to do anything with the excuse that they understand, but why make innocent people suffer if you not happy at your job. Disgusting behaviour

I visited the licensing department and queued for an hour. When I reached the front, the lady (T 2) looked at my docs thereafter asking me for an additional doc, I left the office to go home, fetch the doc, get it commissioned and went back. She then typed on her keyboard again and told me she needed my proof of address. If she had told me initially what was required then I would have not been upset. She then referred me to teller 4 who had done my business reg certificate a few weeks back. She told me that she needed my proof of address and started to scream at my husband and I saying that so what if I brought in my proof of address a few weeks back... she carried on looking us in the eye saying 'so what'? She was rude, and when I asked her to call a lady she started screaming above the other tellers. This is the second time I dealt with this lady and both times she was rude.When Zama came she said she was not watching us from 12 so she cant comment on our wait.

Always a schlep to go there. Staff are not ready when the doors open. Only taking their time, loading papers, turning on computer, checking till...What is the point of having so many counters, but only open two. (one for enquiry, one for licencing.) ...Eish... ..I remembered sometime ago a PRO will direct you to which line to queue ....I see poor guys queued up for 45mins and starts on the other.........

Can't even speak to anyone to pre-plan a trip there. Simple request cannot be attended to. Always short staffed and forever have excuses. I have been asked to call back on more than 4 occasions simply to determine outstanding fees on a vehicle. Utter nonsense !!!
