Dhevan Naicker was my insurance broker for many years. When I decided to review my policies i.e. life cover and retirement annuity, he took offense. This is not an acceptable behavior of a broker who is meant to look after your best financial interests. He said I did not trust him and his work where I indeed got a better quote from another company with more benefits and higher returns. I am very appalled at his behavior and lack of professionalism as I never expected that he would act in this manner after the years of business I gave him. He is only in this to make money, our benefits and best interests are not his priority.
