Allen Ambor (Owner of Spur), invested R4000 to open the Golden Spur in Newlands, Cape Town. It fast developed a reputation for tasty, nutritious, value-for-money meals.

In 1983 I completed a three year apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, at Crawford College and in the same year I past my trade test at Federation South Africa (B1FSA) in Olifantsfontein, Johannesburg. After obtaining my qualification, I worked for two years at a joinery company then I started doing renovation and extensions on homes. I am very passionate for the building industry and therefore I was always busy doing home alterations. People trusted me because of my keen eye and professional workmanship. l bought property cash buyer in 2023 in the new development in Colorado Mitchelles Plain and l was advised that the houses will be finished in August 2023. I borrowed some money from the bank and my family member. The houses are still not finished in August 2024. I cancelled my sale in April 2024 because l don’t copy with the R10k that l must pay the bank and the family member every month. Riyard Abrahams agreed to refund my money in April 2024 but he indicated that it will take up to 4 months so the 4th Month was July but l didn’t get my money even now. He ignores my calls and not responding to my emails. I am also renting to the place that I live R2500 per month a single mother of 5yrs. I am sleeping with tears every night.
