I am disgusted in the service I received from the Promenade store, I visited the store on sunday the 30 November 2014 to purchase a gas stove, they had a problem with my card and said the transaction did not go through. Later in the week I got a message to say the transaction went through successfully, I went back to the store to tell them and they advised I needed to bring them a bank statement which I did, then they told me I need to wait 2 weeks for them to do their banking. I dont see how this should be my problem, they have money and I want my stove. I could have bought elsewhere but they have my money. I have never experienced such bad service in my life before, this is ridiculous.
