I have had a terrible experience with Waterloo. They came to fix a leak but after breaking tiles in the adjoining room, where there were no pipes, as well as the bathroom where the pipes were located, they repaired a section of a pipe and I was told that the entire flat had to be replumbed, but when they left water was still surging out of the hole. "No problem, it will dry out." By the next morning, the entire bathroom and bedroom was flooded.
