Dishonest Company. The too my money 9 weeks ago. They still do not have the part. They refuse to give me proof that the part was ever ordered and they will not give my money back. They have stopped replying to my e-mails and they just put the phone down on me when I phone.

After a repair I noticed that a small plastic casing around my iPad was damaged and called to ask about it. The technician was completely defensive and rude. He blamed the damage on the "drop" that broke the glass- it was never dropped. He explained that you can't put a black screen on an original white iPad- I asked why had they led us to think we could have a black one? No valid answer. I suggested they needed to apologize and work on customer service skills. Nothing. We will NEVER EVER go there again.
