Life is full of changes and often one needs guidance to grow through the changes. The death of a loved one can leave you devastated and friends may not be able to understand what you have to work through.  At Guidance to Grow we understand the pain and the loneliness and walk the road with you.  When uncertainty at work leaves you with lots of anxiety and stress, a helping hand and support system may be just what you need.  through the support at Guidance to Grow you may find news ways of looking at the future.  Young adults find the changes of life and peer pressure too hard to handle and many suicides happen because of a feeling of isolation.  Do not feel alone, through counselling and life coaching at Guidance to Grow you will not be on your own.  Single parents find coping with the demands of a full time job as well as the demands of a young child exhausting.  Even by having a coach through e-mail you may create a support system.  Do not feel alone.

Besides counselling or life coaching sessions and a bi-monthly Grief Support Group, there is a spacious conference center and beautiful gardens to host workshops and events tailored to your needs. It is on the same property as The Cottage bed and breakfast, convenient when planning or attending an event. Or if you need to “just get away” you can book your sessions and have a cosy place to stay over.
