Once the first meeting is closed the liquidator will thereafter convene the Second Meeting of Creditors at which creditors will have further opportunity to prove claims. The date for the second meeting has not yet been determined, as this is dependent on when the first meeting will be closed. Advance notice of the second meeting of creditors will be given in terms of the provisions of the relevant legislation. Creditors are reminded that their claims must be lodged at the relevant Master's office at least 24 hours before the second meeting.
