Telkom Direct Shops Unclaimed

Very bad service I waiting 4 days to fix my line cant receive or make calls. I can not even call Telkom free line.

The number given on the Telkom websites for their Knysna Office, 044-3825862, does not exist!!

Worst service ever! Spent 2 hours in the store filling in forms with a consultant to ensure upgrade and debit order were effected. The consultant never even bothered to submit the paperwork! Why bother???? Move to a cellulare network!

ek het n breeband toestel van R399.00 per maand bestel en die dame wat my gehelp het het telke male vir my laat vestaan dat daar geen gelde of deposito betaalbaar is nie.Nou kry ek n sms wat se ek moey eers R700.00 moet betaal.wat gaan aan met telkom

I have been waiting for an answer regarding a new product and to date I have had no reply.

Have been waiting weeks for connection to broadband. Have finally got the phone line back on but still no broadband.they have been paid and I have been left with a router when there was on fitted previously, but now that one is not connected.

the most pathetic service provider in SA TELKOM is incapable of customer sevice. very very unhappy with telkom! telkom is useless!!!!!

I also tried calling and it is a private line - quite ironic for a telecommunications giant!
