Karin Luus is Managing Director and was trained and educated at the Tswane Univerisity of Technology obtaining a National Diploma in Personnel Management in 1992. She furthered her studies at the North West University in obtaining a certificate in Labour Relations in 1998. She has had an active career in Human Resource Management in the Corporate, Staff recruitment and Placement environment for the past ten years. She has lectured in both the Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations fields at various Tertiary Institutions and has presented seminars on Equity Planning and Labour Legislation.
