The Pilates Club Hout Bay www.pilateshoutbay.co.za is a fully equipped pilates studio in Berg en Dal estate in Hout Bay. With seven years teaching experience I specialise in small classes of up to four people as well as private/duet classes. When I became a Body Control Pilates teacher I committed to continuing the development of my teaching skills and have such undertaken courses in Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Osteoporosis, the Intermediate Mat, Bungees and the Reformer course.Â
