Actively involved in legislative drafting and review projects, as well as legal policy formulation, for local and provincial authorities (in SA and other countries). Contributed extensively towards several local and provincial waste related programmes. Wide experience in conducting Legal Audits and Due Diligence investigations. Compile and maintain Legal Registers for clients (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001). Good working relationship with consulting firms, government departments, and the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) for whom we regularly perform external legal ISO 14001 audits.
