Ajubatus, taken from the scientific name of the cheetah Acinonyx jubatus, one of Africa’s most endangered mammals, epitomises the freedom of spirit, grace and dynamism of our conservation initiatives Over a period of 6 years, Ajubatus established a Quick Response Rescue Service for Marine Wildlife Species; a Rescue Advisory Service for Marine Wildlife in Distress; Marine Bird Hospital, ICU and Rehabilitation Centre In more recent years Ajubatus has become deeply involved with the conservation of other iconic African wildlife species which are under threat from human activities – cheetah, lion and most recently, rhinoceros
