Very disappointed, unsatisfied, irritated. I went in to upgrade my ADSL line from a 2 MB line to a 10MB line. Instead of upgrading me they cut my line. Now it's taking forever to get it connected again. Working from home, I need my internet connection. not happy

I collected my modem and other hardware from your store yesterday (1 April) and tried to connect to the internet and email (I am an existing customer of yours) but was not given a NEW USERNAME and PASSWORD which according to the online support technician I have to have before I can have internet access. Apparently my username & password was changed by Telkom when my new contract was signed. PLEASE, PLEASE provide me with the new information needed to I can gain access to the internet and Skype my grandchildren overseas for Easter.
