Utterly disgusted... your current sales lady is giving your business a bad name! To put things in plain and simple, never have i ever been treated with such disrespect. She needs an attitude adjustment, or you need a new sales lady :) Rude does not sell. Seeing as rating is "manditory" you have recieved a 1. If there were an option for 0 stars, that is what my review would be! I have NEVER reviewed any store , However i have NEVER experienced such shit service :) until i walked into Matchbox ATKV HARTENBOS!

Never ever will go into and buy anything from this shop again, saleslady is extremely rude and unhelpful. Bought 3 bracelets there on 30 Oct as gifts and when we wanted to put one on it immediately broke. It was also too big. Saleslady today on 31 Oct was rude and no client service...too long to repeat here the conversation. Shocking service. Do not buy there. This is the Hartenbos Matchbox. Stay away
