City Pets Unclaimed

I am very disappointed in the grooming from city pets. I took my fur baby to get groomed and the experience for her was terrible. After being approached by the owner being told that they had nipped her ear I was already angry. But after getting her back having noticed a chunk of her ear was missing and a hefty vet bill I was fuming. I do not suggest anyone takes their dog there if they care about their furry children.

Terrible customer service from the manager on duty on the 7 of November 2015 donated a giant gourami back to them and didn't even get a thank you after it ... from the beginning he made rude comments and had an attitude problem and he has lost the store a very loyal customer
