We are a team of dedicated professionals who welcome all types of members and offer tailor-made packages to suit individuals’ training requirements, health needs and time limitations. We also cater to companies who wish to become involved with the health, fitness and well-being of their staff. Our services are available at affordable prices, as we encourage members of the public to become more health conscious. Body Lab was established in 1999 and has been growing steadily since its inception. Since the opening of our first club in Arcadia, Pretoria, we have opened six more branches, including Kempton Park, Germiston, Witbank and three in Durban (Southway Mall, Towers and Lembede).
