YLPS formed alliance with the United Employers Organisation to enhance the impact that they make on legislative level for employers on all appropriate forums and councils as well as assisting employers and UEO members with CCMA and Bargaining Council disputes YLPS is a member of the South African Council for Businesswoman, who has formed agreements with the AHI as well as Proudly South African We firmly believe that the basis of sound HR practices is to have the correct contracts, rules & regulations and policies in place and therefore not only implement these systems in companies, but maintain it for them as and when needed In 1998 we decided to spread our wings and fly to George, where we established ourselves and have been assisting companies on all labour related matters & Hr Functions in the stunning Garden Route area

We have thus formed partnership with (SA) United Employers Organisation and as a pre-requisite for delivering labour services you need to be a member of (SA) UEO. Rozanne Compaan has been a (SA) UEO official since 2000 and a fabulous track record for winning CCMA and Council cases.
