He 'fixed' fridge ,but within 2 weeks the fridge was the same as before,seeing previous comment I know wonder about the 'new' element of R612 plus freight of R120.Countless phone calls just get promises,but he never shows up.Think its time take him up under Consumer Protection Act,can't go on like this.

The exact same experience as Douglas except that my applience was a fridge. I spent R2000 to have it repaired, today I have a non-working fridge, out of pocket and this idiot Craig Radue refuses to honour his warrenty. Be warned, this guy is a nasty piece of work. I have had to beg him to simply return my fridge after he hacked it to bits, outrageouse. Spent hours waiting for him to return my fridge, lost many hours I could have been working. He is a copulsive liar. Be warned, don't do business with this guy, it won't end well. Google his name and see what else he has been up to.

Worst service ever received! Will not make use of his services ever again. Appliances broke again after only one month and when we got another company to have a look they found that second hand parts were used to repair our fridges.

This idiot Craig is a compulsive liar. He took money from me to buy a new motor for my washing machine. Said he would come back and fix in 2 weeks later. 4 weeks later he picked my machine up and said he would fix it at his shop. After endless phone calls, text messages and another 4 weeks later he still hasn't fixed my machine. Nor is he replying to my phone call and messages. Now I am without a machine and I've given up contacting this guy. I seriously can't believe this situation but its the truth. This guy is a complete scam artist. You have been warned!
