14 August 2025....i arrived at 9am with 2 clinic cards, only got 1 file at 11:30...when i was about to get to the consulting room suddenly my file is missing and they haven't found the other file for 1 of the clinic cards... the guy (Coach) who is handling files and ques in the container rooms was just going up and down messing up the que... when we confronted him was just rude and said he not assist us if we ask about the service.... overall the service is constantly deteriorating, its so bad,most of the stuff is very idle always chit chatting about their personal stuff instead of helping patients....

Most of the time the service is poor, waiting period is extremely bad, staff do as they please during working hours. They are lunch time takes forever forgetting people are waiting for them.
