I am generally not one for beauty therapy – not because I am against it, but because I often feel like I don’t have the time. So when I made appointments for the laser hair removal on my legs and underarms I was thinking that I should not be going as I have so many other commitments to get through! Lasersense however, are really good about reminding and confirming appointments – which is important for someone like me!! The experience was to my delight, a good one! The ladies are calm, welcoming, friendly and fun. And more importantly extremely timeous. The laser process was handled professionally and before I knew it – my session was done. The ladies from Lasersense even follow up a few days later just to check that you got the results from your treatment that you were expecting. I love their personal interest in each of their clients! Each time I go – I get the same professional, friendly and timeous reception. Since then, I have done a few other treatments because I actually like being there! The ladies always explain any new treatments they have on offer but I never feels like I am under any pressure to do more treatments than I want to. Lasersense offer a full range of therapies and I always feel good when I leave because I am happy that I have invested some time in myself, which benefits me and makes me feel good.
