We have been having problems with our DSTV signal for quite some time now as a result of the wind. We also noticed that the bracket holding our DSTV dish was cracked. I called Matrix this morning and Tony and his team came out to us this afternoon. They not only installed a new and better bracket for us, but also moved the bracket slightly where the dish would be less affected by the wind. In addition, they closed up the holes where the old bracket was mounted. This is the 2nd time that we have received great service from this company, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a DSTV solution, irrespective of what it may be.
