A short 4 minute walk from shops and restaurants at the waterfront as well as panoramic views over Simons Bay against which the town nestles and False Bay with its backdrop of glorious mountains.The apartment is on the second floor and has its own private and separate entrance and sea view balcony. It has twin beds and contains all you need for a home away from home surrounded by sand, sea and sunshine. There is ample safe off-road parking directly outside the flat.
