The methodology is based in my training in NLP and BodyTalk. I am a Master NLP Coach and Practitioner and a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.Work with individuals includes doing short interventions for anxiety and phobias, ongoing coaching for personal development and Personal Breakthrough sessions.Work with businesses includes coaching individuals and teams to enhance performance and professional development. I also provide training for businesses using an NLP approach in communication, sales and negotiation techniques.
