• Description/Remarks Boletha’s core business is to electronically submit medical claims to almost all medical aid companies on behalf of Doctors/Healthcare Providers. We track and manage submitted claims, this allow us to identify those claims that had system snag during the submission process and we subsequently fix and resubmit them. Once claims are paid Scheme provide us with remittances which they prove to be imperative when reconciling and compiling an invoice. Boletha also collect balances from patients/members whom they claims were either short paid or NOT paid at all for some reasons.
