Owner is aggressive, rude and requires counseling for anger management. We paid for a Kevin geyser on the 8th September and after numerous calls received it on 8th October after asking for our money back. When I phoned the owner - who told me can do as he wants because he owns the company, to complain about his sales lady being rude to my husband, he swore at me numerous times. He would not listen to what I wanted to say, ranted and swore and cut the call. We had a month of excuses, being told weekly the courier was going to deliver the geyser. We had no hot water in our bathrooms whilst they lied to us. Definitely would not recommend this company.
