Dear Leigh-Zanne, I just want to write to tell you that I think Techno Group is very efficient! Originally, the electrical and plumbing teams swarmed around our house to determine what needed to be done! They worked very quickly and efficiently. You were very efficient in coming back to us to let us know the dates and times that the electricians and plumbers would be on site. On Wednesday three electricians arrived – at the specified time and again they worked very quickly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful. When they took the stove out to check wiring, they even cleaned underneath the stove! I was prepared to do it, but they wouldn’t let me, and even got some stubborn spots off with Handy Andy. We were very impressed. They went round the whole house afterwards with a dustpan and brush. Thank you. Yesterday, the plumbers arrived. Same thing. They did their work so efficently and quickly. Up in the roof for the geyser, into the garage, the laundry, etc. Again, they cleaned up so neatly, again with dustpan and brush. We were really impressed. Would you please make sure that the Municipality has been advised that they do not need to come out to our property – as we were able to locate the stop-cock! Many thanks.
