I have received a really bad service, from the technician who was suppossed to come check out my fridge in new germany, in actual fact it wasnt a service at all. I missed his call and returned it like 15mins later, shouting, sarcasm is all he ever gave me in our conversation, despite that I tried to get an appointment with him, which he indicates he doesnt do, I ask for an estimation which he also refuse to do. Well these could be his/Natal Refrigeration Business rules but what gets to me is the very rude manner in which he does it to say the least. Well, if the extremely bad service given by that Technician, represents the way n Natal Refrigeration does business, certainly I wouldnt want any of the extremely rude and arrogant service at all. I had my fair share already
