Distinctive Dogs Unclaimed

I am unhappy with the treatment of my dog. On Monday 17 Nov, when I arrived, the woman in the parlour was on the phone. She was telling the person that the average cut for a dog cost R130. As my highly strung dog tried to pull herself into the cages in the grooming room, she shouted that I was NOT allowed to go in there. I'd never her before so think they're new owners. The previous owner Erika was always kind to my dog. When I picked up my dog a few hours later, a man was at the desk. He said I must pay R160. I told him I've always paid R130 but he said prices have gone up. I didn't believe him especially as I'd heard the woman say that the cost was R130 in the morning. It's what I've always paid before too. My dog was highly stressed when I arrived. When I got home, I saw she had a deep cut on her back on a fatty gland. This has since become infected and developed into an abscess. I will try to heal it myself but if it needs medical attention I'll be sending the bill to these people.
