I am a dissapointed that I have been using my Optium Xceed sugar tester for the past 7 or 8 years since i have been diagnosed with diabetes and my first call to you, the supplier was recieved with negativitity. This is dissapointing as I have recieved a call from your competitor who is quite eager to replace both my units with brand new units, which would then mean that I would have to obtain a revised script from my doctor and have the new brand authorised by medical aid. This seems to to not being in keeping with reasonable service levels. I spoke to Haafeeza @ 13:40 and Alvina @ 13.51 today. I have now been asked by ALvina to contact Abdula on 083 651 1786 but Alvina thinks that he would not be able to assist. Please guide me to the way forward. Regards
