Lewis Stores (Pty) Ltd Unclaimed

Brought a Defy washing machine from Lewis Stores in Claremont, as well as a fridge and bed. The delivery man didn't remove the 'transport brackets' from the washing machine so if I use the machine it walks around the kitchen floor - I am now battling to get them to come back and remove the transport bracket which they should have done on the initial delivery as the washing machine is un-useable as it is - really dissapointed in their after service and their attitude. I will never purchase anything again from Lewis. I will also mention this on my face book page.
