Touch & Blessing Bridal Hair Unclaimed

The quality of these ladies work is pathetic. I had the opportunity to have my bridal hair done by these ladies and it was a total disaster. I have been for several appointments with Ramani, to ensure that I have selected what I required on my big day. There were specifics that was asked not to be done. 1.The flowers were the incorrect color, and type. 2. The pattern was incorrect, on the bridal plat. 3.Ramani turns up n the morning of the wedding, with insufficient flowers. 4.In my presence 'The Bride' Ramani makes a call to the florist to get flowers.(The florist was closed) 5. The sarie was tied so tight that, 3 Years later i still have the scar 6.Because the Bridal plat was of such a poor quality, the flowers fell apart during the wedding, and the clips also came loose, and all through the wedding the clip dug into my neck,until it bled. 7.The flowers were browning on delivery of it Comments from Ramani:?
